I’m so glad you’ve made your way here. My name’s Mellaa and I’m a newborn + milestone photographer in Edmonton, AB. I absolutely love capturing your newest little additions in every stage—because we all know it goes by way too fast!


My passion for newborns began in my nursing career and led me to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), where I’ve spent the past 9 years caring for the tiniest babies. That experience shaped everything about the way I work today. Photography has allowed me to blend my love for newborns with my creative side, and it’s become such a meaningful extension of my career.


Every session is calm, baby-led, and completely stress-free—because you can relax knowing your baby is in the safest, most loving hands.


My cozy, home-based studio is located in northeast Edmonton, and I also offer in-home sessions. Wherever we meet, my goal is to create a safe, comfortable, love-filled environment where you can slow down, soak in the moment, and leave with timeless memories of your newest addition.
